Meet the Pets~*

Paper done.  Presentation done.  Classes for Monday prepped.  Back to blogging!

I mentioned ages ago that Thing 3 had worked on some pet portraits so that we might introduce you to the furry members of our family.  A little background information:  all our pets are pound babies, all are "mutts," and all of them are spoiled!

So without further ado, We thought we'd start with the cats~*

Allow me to introduce Boromir & Mac.

Boromir {on the left} is the oldest.  We got him as a kitten in 2003.  At the time, we were living in the woods, & we got him to be a mouser-- & he was the best mouser ever.  The Things were on a Lord of the Rings kick, hence his name, & as you can probably tell from his ears & the scar on his nose, he lived up to his moniker.

Mac {on the right} is Thing 3's baby.  She is, without a doubt, the oddest cat ever.  We think she has some sort of mental issue.  She doesn't meow so much as...well...its sort of a cross between a crow & a cat with a little donkey thrown in...stay tuned for more pics of our kitty clan!
