Monday Motivations

The diet came to an end this weekend-- some weight loss &, more importantly, some new ideas for healthy meals {but more on that another day}.  
In about a month I head back to the office & a few weeks after that the fall semester starts...sigh.  Today I start getting organized for next semester & getting things moving on the publishing front {the end of my lazy, hazy days of summer}.
