Ever have one of those brain storms when suddenly & without warning you bite off more than you can chew?
I have a bad tendency to go out & get supplies for several different projects {after all, I'm out & shopping so I may as well, right?}. When I return with the goodies, all inspired & excited, I get down to business & start, well, all of them at once. Chaos ensues.
So that's whats going on now, you see.
Started a bunch of things on Friday...
But more on that later...
Great Saturday exploring in the heat {it was 104 degrees...which for the mountains is insane} with the hubby & Things 2 & 3...
But more on that later...
And I haven't forgotten the tour of my Mom's gorgeous house...
And of course there are other projects for Thing 2's room {not to mention the finished room}, and the bathroom revamp {haven't even told you about that one yet} & a handful of different DIY's...sigh...
But they will have to wait for later...
I've already dallied too long...
Please enjoy the music while you wait~*
Sounds like lots of exciting things to come! Looking forward to them!

Wonderful, welcome! And I've returned the favor via bloglovin!
DeleteI do the same thing (multiple projects at once), because my attention span is pretty limited and I get bored. I'm excited about the color in your paintbrush - mine is currently the same shade!
ReplyDeleteOh yay! I adore the color, it reminds me of a spring day. I've done the bathroom over in that with white & yellow accents-- can't wait to show it off {if I ever get the blasted thing finished}
DeleteYes- me too! I got a sewing machine for christmas last year and it is literally collecting dust along with the million half complete knitting projects while I tackle more pressing things like caulking the tub :) We need more time in the day.
ReplyDeleteOh yes! I have a lovely block? patch? of knitting in a basket waiting for my attention AND a sewing machine on the table also collecting dust LOL-- great creative minds overdo alike, eh?
DeleteI love Dave Matthews Band! No matter how cliché it might be, I can't get enough of 'Crash Into me' :)
ReplyDeleteDMB and Billy Joel are my musical never fails!
