Wishful Wednesday

Flurries this mornin'!  Soggy, sad flurries, but undeniably snow.  No accumulation, though there is definite cocoa potential~*

I finally was able to wear the coat I bought last summer {on sale}.  It has a faux fur detachable color...which I detached~*

I had great classes & a smashing grand day, despite a desperate lack of sleep. Tomorrow will be easy {two of my classes have papers due, so I only have to lecture for 1 of the 3} sigh...hopefully I can get caught up on paperwork...

This weekend I MUST {must, must, must} write the paper for that durned conference {my lovely hubs has helped with research & my brilliant, computer-guru father filled in some finer points, leaving me to finish reading the research & write the piece}..but there are two days before I need worry about that {ah the sweetness of procrastination}...

Thing 3 used her new tripod today, in an effort to demonstrate how cold it is...I think she does a good job portraying the 30 degree temp...& I adore her hat {from forever21~*}

This pic shows off the beautiful headband that I got from Melanie at Neesie's Designs.   She does gorgeous work-- so delicate & pretty & colorful & creative.
I have another piece of hers {a gorgeous barrette in autumnal tones} so look for it in future posts!

Tomorrow there will be thrifting with Things 1 & 3, & pics to follow & thoughtful quotations after that...but today is Wishful Wednesday-- so here are my wishes for the week!
